SHEEP | Bruxelles, (Belgium) | immersive video installation

270 degree video installation //SHEEP// by Collective Archives Stefano Di Buduo, Thomas Krupa and Hannes Strobl.
Thank you to Antje Willenbrink for inviting us. Special thanks for the support to Andrea Adriani.

Exhibition 29.09.21 until 24.10.21 Bruxelles, Belgium.

When it was decided that we wanted to take part in the exhibition ‘The Renaissance of Humility: Elogy or Critique’ organised by the Catholic Community of the German Language in Brussels, we first set out in search of clues in media relevant to our work (language, image, sound). The central question was: What does the term ‘humility’ mean to us and how can we make sense of it in the context of an exhibition in this special place?

Our research centred on the text WE ARE THE ONES WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR (2000), the film AU HAZARD BALTHAZAR (1966) by Robert Bresson and the second movement of Franz Schubert’s Piano Sonata No. 20 in A major, D 959 (1828).
